The experience of the study hospital showed that it was better to depend on ICPs judgment (consulting some complicated NIs with physicians) because the physicians’ compliance was not good and some NIs were lost or delayed. The precision of ICPs confirmation is very important; it determined the accuracy of the relative NI rate. #Data Access Middleware: a kind of computer software that provides services to software applications from diverse data sources (IHIS, LIS, RIS, AOS); it makes it easier for RT-NISS to perform communication and input/output processes.
